My stay at The Pearl Hotel was overall quite enjoyable. The comfortable beds allowed for a good night’s sleep, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. however, I did encounter some minor issues with the room placement and a bit of noise. Still, the positive aspects, like the friendly staff and delicious food, stood out and made the experience worthwhile.

I found the rooms large with modern fixtures, although I had a small hiccup when I was initially assigned a room that needed renovation. After reaching out, I was promptly moved to a much better space, which was a relief. The air-conditioning took a little time to kick in for heating, but overall, it was more than comfortable.

The staff was remarkably welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay. from check-in to room service. I felt genuinely valued, and they were eager to help with any requests I had. Although I didn't receive feedback at checkout, their attentiveness compensated for that oversight.
